The posting

Обеспечивать бесперебойную работу участка и выпуск качественной продукции в соответствии со стандартами компании и требованиями законодательства. Поддерживать оборудование (конвейеры, инспекционные аппараты, паллетайзеры, термоусадочные машины и др.) в исправном состоянии, организовывать его осмотры и планово‑предупредительные ремонты. Выявлять причины преждевременного износа узлов и деталей, предлагать и внедрять способы повышения надёжности и срока службы оборудования. Разрабатывать и применять более эффективные методы ремонта, чтобы сократить простои и снизить затраты. Вести учёт работы оборудования, простоев и выполненных ремонтных работ, своевременно оформлять и сдавать отчётную документацию. Контролировать приём, хранение и учёт материалов, запчастей и приборов; следить за своевременной заменой изношенных узлов и деталей. Оформлять заявки и контролировать поставки или изготовление необходимых деталей. Участвовать в приёмке оборудования после ремонта, а также в экспериментальных, наладочных и исследовательских работах. Внедрять современные методы организации труда, механизацию и автоматизацию трудоёмких процессов.

Образование: высшее техническое (например, по направлениям Эксплуатация оборудования, Технологические машины и оборудование, Теплоэнергетика, Автоматизация технологических процессов или смежным). Опыт работы: не менее 3 лет на инженерно‑технических или руководящих должностях на производственном участке; желательно опыт руководства коллективом от 10 человек. Знание оборудования холодного участка: уверенное понимание устройства, принципов работы и типовых неисправностей оборудования (конвейеры, инспекционные аппараты, паллетайзеры, термоусадочные машины, линии подготовки поддонов и т. п.). Навыки эксплуатации и ремонта: умение читать техническую документацию и схемы, опыт организации планово‑предупредительных ремонтов (ППР), ведения паспортов оборудования и учёта простоев.
