Мы — динамично развивающаяся производственная компания в сфере крепежа. Благодаря стабильному росту и налаженным процессам создаём надёжные условия для работы и развития. Ищем опытного менеджера по продажам — с готовностью сразу включиться в дела! Обязанности: продавать крепёжные изделия и метизную продукцию клиентам из B2B‑сегмента (оборонная отрасль, машиностроение); принимать и обрабатывать входящие обращения: звонки, заявки с сайта и по электронной почте; консультировать заказчиков: оперативно и профессионально подбирать крепёж под технические задачи, разъяснять характеристики и условия поставки; прорабатывать «тёплую» базу клиентов компании и активно привлекать новых: обзванивать «холодную» базу (предоставляется сразу; далее база расширяется до выхода на плановые показатели); вести клиентскую базу в CRM, фиксировать этапы сделок, контролировать статусы заказов и оплат; выставлять счета, отслеживать оплату, контролировать выполнение личного плана продаж. Требования: опыт в продажах (B2B приветствуется); понимание этапов сделки и владение базовыми техниками продаж — будет плюсом; уверенное владение ПК; опыт работы в CRM Bitrix24 — приветствуется; умение эффективно обрабатывать большой поток обращений и сохранять качество коммуникации в условиях многозадачности; внимательность к деталям, высокая скорость реакции, стрессоустойчивость; хорошие коммуникативные навыки: способность вести переговоры, аргументировать предложения и снимать возражения. Преимущества для кандидата (ваши сильные стороны): знание ассортимента крепежа и ручного инструмента — станет весомым преимуществом; готовность работать на результат и выполнять план продаж. Условия: доход: оклад + процент от продаж + KPI. Суммарный доход — от 100 000 рублей и выше (после испытательного срока); официальное трудоустройство по ТК РФ; испытательный срок — 3 месяца (возможно сокращение при достижении плановых показателей); график: 5/2, пн.–пт., с 09:00 до 18:00; работа в сплочённом коллективе; регулярное обучение и понятные возможности для профессионального и доходного роста.
