_Аппаратчик по приготовлению химических реагентов обязан знать: _ Принципиальные схемы конденсатоочистки (КО), химводоочистки (ХВО), блока химводоподготовки (блока ХВП). _ Назначение и принцип работы оборудования КО, ХВО, блока ХВП. _ Правила отбора проб. _ Технологические схемы реагентного, солевого и аммиачного хозяйства. _ Свойства химических реагентов: кислоты, аммиака, щелочи, поваренной соли, коагулянта (оксихлорид алюминия), трилона Б, антискаланта. _ Характеристику устройство и принцип работы оборудования солевого, реагентного и аммиачного хозяйства. _ Схемы проведения регенерации фильтров и нейтрализации регенерационных вод конденсатоочистки и химводоочистки. _ Методики определения рабочих растворов кислоты, щелочи, аммиака и соли. _ Устройство и принцип работы приборов, применяемых при регенерации ионообменных материалов: уровнемера, расходомера, манометра. _ Нормы качества химически очищенной воды и обессоленного конденсата. _ Правила ведения технической документации.

Среднее образование;Желательно с опытом работы на водоподготовительных установках;Желательно знание работы систем умягчения воды для питания котлов;
