1. Осуществляет свою деятельность на основании действующего законодательства и Устава Учреждения культуры и является организатором всего комплекса его творческой и производственной деятельности. 2. Организует работу и взаимодействие артистического и художественного персонала, структурных подразделений художественно-творческой части, направляет их деятельность на развитие и совершенствование творческо-производственного процесса с целью создания наиболее благоприятных условий для коллективного творчества с учетом конкретных художественных и социальных задач. 3. Обеспечивает художественное качество репертуара, способствующего формированию и удовлетворению потребностей населения в сценическом и музыкальном искусстве. 4. Принимает участие в разработке положений о фестивалях, конкурсах, смотрах. Принимает участие в работе жюри фестивалей, конкурсов и смотров. 5. Определяет готовность мероприятий, театрализаций и принимает решения об их публичном исполнении. 6. Руководит разработкой и осуществлением сценариев проведения крупных массовых художественных мероприятий (театрализованных праздников, народных гуляний, праздников песни и т.п.), а также участвует в выработке критериев и экспертной оценке положений и методических рекомендаций о крупных художественных акциях, комплексных и целевых программ развития творческих жанров. 7. Оказывает методическую помощь творческим работникам, организует и принимает участие в работе творческих семинаров и мастер-классов. 8. Организует работу по развитию творческих связей с коллективами учреждений, организаций, предпринимателями с целью пропаганды театрального, музыкального искусства и привлечения внебюджетных средств на его развитие. 9. Способствует формированию и сохранению в коллективе благоприятного морально-психологического климата. 10. Поручает решение отдельных вопросов, входящих в его компетенцию, другим работникам Учреждения культуры по согласованию с директором Учреждения. 11. Принимать активное участие в благоустройстве территории, закрепленной за Учреждением культуры по адресу места фактической работы. 12. Проходит курсы повышения квалификации, переподготовки и переобучение, необходимые для исполнения своих должностных обязанностей и повышения уровня знаний.
