Разрабатывать план приведения зданий и сооружений больницы в надлежащее техническое состояние, проведения капитального ремонта, текущего ремонта, составление титульных списков и задания для заказа проектно-сметной документации Контролировать правильность составления смет, договоров на проведения ремонта, технического обслуживания зданий и сооружений, а также составлять заявки на приобретение оборудования, новой техники, запасных частей и других материалов, замену или модернизацию инженерного оборудования Следить за качественным выполнением капитального ремонта, текущего ремонта и строительством новых объектов в больнице путем систематического контроля в процессе работ и приемке объектов в эксплуатацию Принимать участие в комиссии технического осмотра зданий и сооружений и подготавливать решения, обеспечивающие улучшение их технического состояния Осуществлять технический надзор за выполнением капитального и текущего ремонта, осуществляемого за счет собственных источников Обеспечивать сохранность технической документации, ее оформление и своевременную корректировку Участвовать в работе комиссии по приемке капитально отремонтированных и вновь построенных зданий и сооружений Согласовывать составленную проектными организациями техническую документацию и обеспечивает ею подрядными организациями Представляет (по доверенности) интересы больницы в учреждениях, организациях и предприятиях по техническим вопросам, связанные с проектированием, составлением генплана больницы, строительством новых, реконструкцией и капитальным ремонтом корпусов больницы, внедрением технологического оборудования Осуществлять контроль за работой подчиненного инженерно-технического персонала Осуществлять контроль за инженерными сетями (водоснабжение, канализация, отопление) Режим работы: с пн по пт с 08.00 до 16.30 часов

Знание 1С, Microsoft Office, программы ГРАНД-Смета, ГОСТ, СНиП, СП в области строительства и эксплуатации зданий и сооружений. Основы трудового и гражданского законодательства РФ и нормативные правовые документы, касающиеся организации складского учета; Соблюдение правил внутреннего распорядка; Высшее профессиональное образование Опыт работы от 3-х лет
