Сбор, обработка и анализ исходных данных для составления проектов финансово-хозяйственной деятельности организации. Выполнение расчётов по материальным, трудовым и финансовым затратам, необходимым для производства и реализации продукции/услуг. Проведение экономического анализа деятельности организации и её подразделений, выявление резервов производства. Расчёт влияния внутренних и внешних факторов на экономические показатели организации. Расчёт тарифов на водоснабжение, водоотведение, теплоснабжение, содержание и ремонт общего имущества МКД. Подготовка экономических обоснований и материалов для тарифных дел. Формирование структуры цены, определение цен на предоставление услуг. Формирование управленческой отчётности, консолидация фактических данных, подготовка отчётов для руководства. Составление периодической отчётности в установленные сроки.

Уверенное владение 1С (Бухгалтерия, Предприятие). Продвинутый уровень владения Excel (сводные таблицы, формулы,). Работа с базами данных лицевых счетов, платёжными документами. Умение производить расчёты размера платы за коммунальные услуги. Навыки составления калькуляций на работы и услуги. Прогнозирование динамики поступления финансовых средств. Аналитическое мышление, внимательность к деталям.
