- обеспечивает реализацию государственной политики в сфере образования на территории Соликамского муниципального округа, руководство и участие в разработке и выполнении проектов муниципальных и краевых программ, повышение эффективности, проводимой государственной, региональной социально-экономической политикой в сфере образования на территории Соликамского муниципального округа; - осуществляет комплексный анализ и прогнозирование тенденций развития образования, обоснование целей и приоритетов развития отдельных видов образовательной деятельности на территории Соликамского муниципального округа; - осуществляет руководство управлением образования и подведомственными, управлению образования, учреждениями; - отвечает за своевременное и качественное выполнение функций управления образования; - организует работу управления образования; - обеспечивает содержание в надлежащем состоянии закрепленного за управлением образования имущества; - планирует, организует, контролирует деятельность управления образования, его эффективное взаимодействие с органами местного самоуправления Соликамского муниципального округа, с Министерством образования и науки Пермского края, иными органами, учебными заведениями и другими организациями и предприятиями; - обеспечивает повышение эффективности проводимой федеральной, региональной социально-экономической политики в сфере образования на территории Соликамского муниципального округа; - утверждает локальные нормативные акты, регулирующие направления деятельности управления образования и подведомственных организаций, а также изменения и дополнения в локальные нормативные акты; - ведет прием граждан, рассматривает обращения, заявления и жалобы граждан, по вопросам, относящимся к компетенции управления образования, принимает по ним необходимые меры.

Квалификационные требования: к уровню образования, стажу муниципальной службы или стажу работы по специальности, направлению подготовки: наличие высшего образования не ниже уровня специалитета, магистратуры, наличие не менее двух лет стажа муниципальной службы или стажа работы по специальности, направлению подготовки; направление подготовки, специальность: Экономика и управление, Юриспруденция, Образование и педагогические науки . Требования к знаниям и умениям: - умение работать с персональным компьютером и иной организационной техникой, - умение работать в информационно-правовых системах и сети Интернет; - умение руководить подчиненными, эффективно планировать работу и контролировать её выполнение; - умение оперативно принимать и реализовывать управленческие решения; - умение вести деловые переговоры с представителями государственных органов, органов местного самоуправления, организаций; - наличие навыков составления документов нормативного характера.
