Осуществление проверки правомерности поступающих для учета первичных документов, правильность, полноту и своевременность их оформления; Составление и предоставление в установленные сроки отчетности по формам и в объемах, определяемых Министерством финансов Российской Федерации, Госкомстатом Российской Федерации, органами государственного управления и контроля, внебюджетными фондами Российской Федерации, налоговыми органами Российской Федерации и органами государственной власти Волгоградской области, в соответствии с действующим законодательством: - статистической отчетности в пределах полномочий; - отчетности по формам, определяемым органами государственной власти Волгоградской области; Участие в инвентаризации активов и обязательств; Участие в проведении переоценки основных средств, в случаях предусмотренных в рамках действующего законодательства; Подготовка пакета документов по списанию (приеме-передаче) объектов объектов нефинансовых активов; Выполнение процедур, связанных с утилизацией объектов основных средств, списанных с баланса; Осуществление взаимодействия с государственным казенным учреждением Волгоградской области "Центр бюджетного учета и отчетности" в части ведения бюджетного учета и отчетности в соответствии с требованиями действующего законодательства; Организация деятельности рабочей группы по мобилизации налоговых доходов в консолидированный бюджет Волгоградской области; Подготовка аналитических, графических и информационных материалов по вопросам деятельности отдела; Направление запросов и взаимодействие с органами государственной власти, организациями всех форм собственности, а также с другими структурными подразделениями и должностными лицами Учреждения по вопросам, отнесенным к компетенции отдела; Подготовка и участие в совещаниях, заседаниях и иных мероприятиях, в том числе ведение протоколов и оформление принятых решений в соответствии с поручениями начальника отдела; Участие в работе комиссий и иных коллегиальных органов, в состав которых старший консультант включен соответствующим правовым актом или направлен непосредственным руководителем.

Высшее профессиональное образование: финансы и кредит, налоги и налогообложение, бухгалтерский учет, анализ и аудит, экономика и управление на предприятии, экономика.
