The posting

Обеспечивает исполнение следующих обязанностей: 1. Регистрация входящей документации по вопросам технологического присоединения; 2. Регистрация исходящей документации по вопросам технологического присоединения; 3. Прием входящих звонков (консультация заявителей по вопросам технологического присоединения, предоставление информации о статусе заявки/обращения, перенаправление на исполнителя по заявке/обращению); 4. Подготовка материалов для осуществления деловой переписки с исполнительными органами власти, с ПО Общества, а также с потребителями по техническим и организационным вопросам при технологическом присоединении потребителей, 5. Осуществление деловой переписки с исполнительными органами власти, а также с потребителями по вопросам деятельности по ТП; 6. Проведение разъяснений и консультаций по процедуре технологического присоединения и деятельности отдела для заявителей; 7. Согласование исправлений (корректировок) реквизитов документов по технологическому присоединению в ПК 1С: УТП, направленных ПО и др. 8. Создание и регистрация исходящих документов, служебных записок, протоколов, ОРД в 1С: Документооборот; 9. Работа с контрольными поручениями в 1С: Документооборот; 10. Ведение работы по формированию дел для сдачи в архив, составление номенклатуры дел структурного подразделения и подготовка документов к уничтожению; 11. Выполнение разовых поручений руководства и др.

Инженер должен знать: Законодательные акты, регулирующие производственно-хозяйственную и финансовую деятельность организации; Законодательные акты РФ по направлению деятельности; Порядок и правила документооборота и основы делопроизводства; Средства вычислительной техники, коммуникаций и связи; НТД, НПА, правила, инструкции по охране труда и пожарной безопасности; Методы поиска, отбора, анализа и систематизации информации. Инженер должен уметь: Оптимально использовать материальные, трудовые и финансовые ресурсы организации; Применять информационные технологии для обработки информации; Анализировать и оптимизировать бизнес-процессы; Применять в работе соответствующие НПА и НТД; Планировать, рационально использовать служебное время и достигать результата и др.
