Поддержка и эксплуатация информационных систем класса APS и ERP, на современном автоматизированном производстве Приём, регистрация и сопровождение обращений пользователей, консультирование по работе информационных систем и устранение типовых пользовательских ошибок Проведение первичной диагностики инцидентов: проверка доступов, прав, данных, сервисов, логов, веб-интерфейсов и интеграций Администрирование и техническое сопровождение прикладных систем и компонентов инфраструктуры (PostgreSQL, Docker, Kafka, Astra Linux) Выполнение регламентных и профилактических работ: контроль работоспособности систем, обновление ПО, обслуживание БД, ротация логов, перезапуск сервисов, обслуживание АРМ, управление лицензиями и API-ключами Анализ сбоев и расхождений в производственных системах и интеграциях, восстановление корректной работы и участие в решении сложных и нетиповых инцидентов Сбор диагностической информации и эскалация, взаимодействие с пользователями и техническими специалистами, ведение базы знаний и эксплуатационной документации

Опыт работы в ERP обязателен в части: информационных потоков и интеграций, механизмов проведения документов, основных процессов производственного планирования и управления производством Опыт поддержки систем оперативного управления производством (ERP/APS) или смежных (WMS) приветствуется Желательно умение читать и интерпретировать производственные метрики/события (заказы, операции, простои, статусы) Желательно понимание архитектуры и основных объектов конфигурации 1С Уверенный пользователь офисного пакета: текстовый редактор, редактор электронных таблиц, мессенджеры, корпоративная почта. На продвинутом уровне, шаблоны, формулы Личные качества: аналитический склад ума, нацеленность на результат
