Обязанности: Обеспечивать бесперебойную и технически правильную эксплуатацию оборудования, его содержание в работоспособном состоянии; Разрабатывать и контролировать выполнение планов осмотра, испытаний и профилактического ремонта оборудования; Составлять и оформлять техническую и отчетную документацию; оформлять заявки на приобретение материалов и запасных частей, необходимых для эксплуатации оборудования; Контролировать качество работ по монтажу оборудования, расходованию средств на ремонт, правильность хранения оборудования на складах; Разрабатывать и внедрять мероприятия по замене малоэффективного оборудования высокопроизводительным, сокращению простоев и снижению затрат на ремонт оборудования; Разрабатывать и выполнять мероприятия по предупреждению внеплановых остановок оборудования, улучшению сохранности и повышению надежности оборудования в эксплуатации; Контролировать соблюдение правил охраны труда и техники безопасности при проведении ремонтных работ; Руководить работниками отдела и подразделениями, которые ремонтируют оборудование, здания и сооружения организации. Главный механик Требования: Высшее профессиональное (техническое) образование. Опыт работы главным механиком, заместителем главного механика на производстве не менее 5 лет. Профессиональные знания и навыки Знание специфики окрасочного производства: устройство камер нанесения, зон подготовки, сушильных печей, систем вентиляции и кондиционирования воздуха (HVAC), систем очистки стоков и регенерации растворителей. Технологии монтажа: знание методов выверки, центровки, монтажа крупногабаритного оборудования, металлоконструкций и технологических трубопроводов (подача ЛКМ, воздуха, воды). Автоматизация и робототехника: понимание принципов работы окрасочных роботов, манипуляторов, систем дозации (2K/3K) и конвейерных систем (EMS, скидовые конвейеры). Чтение документации: свободное чтение сложных чертежей (включая чертежи марок КМ/КМД, ТХ, ОВК), схем пневматики, гидравлики и кинематики. Нормативная база: знание требований ПУЭ, СНиП, ГОСТ, правил промышленной и пожарной безопасности (включая стандарты ATEX/взрывозащиты для зон смешения и нанесения красок).
