обеспечивает бесперебойное функционирование компьютерных сетей, коммуникационного и серверного оборудования, сопровождение системного программного обеспечения и прикладных программных средств администрации, отраслевых (функциональных) органов администрации и подведомственных им бюджетных, автономных и казенных учреждений; осуществляет установку, настройку и обслуживание в учреждениях округа лицензионного программного обеспечения, предоставляемого учреждениями округа, или свободного, открытого программного обеспечения; осуществляет контроль за используемыми в учреждениях округа программными и техническими средствами, анализирует эффективность их применения и лицензирования, подготавливает предложения по их обновлению; организует хранение эталонов и резервных рабочих копий специального программного обеспечения, находящегося в эксплуатации в учреждениях округа; осуществляет техническое администрирование официальных сайтов учреждений округа, находящихся на сервере администрации; консультирует работников учреждений округа по работе с их официальными интернет сайтами; оказывает методическую и консультативную помощь работникам учреждений округа по вопросам использования информационных технологий; контролирует соблюдение работниками учреждений округа правил доступа в электронно-справочные системы, базы данных муниципальных информационных систем, а также порядка подключения к базам данных муниципальных информационных систем; осуществляет системно-техническое обслуживание, организацию ремонта и модернизации оборудования локальной вычислительной сети, вычислительной и оргтехники учреждений округа; организует учет и контроль оборудования локально-вычислительной сети, вычислительной и оргтехники, программного обеспечения (в том числе лицензий на программное обеспечение) учреждений городского округа Вуктыл, переданного ими в отдел для обслуживания, установки или по иным причинам; проводит мероприятия по развертыванию и внедрению новых программных комплексов и информационных систем в учреждениях округа; участвует в организации мобилизационной подготовки отдела, разработке и осуществлении мероприятий по укрытию и эвакуации документов в особый период, спасению документов в чрезвычайных ситуациях; предоставляет заявки на осуществление закупок товаров, работ, услуг для обеспечения муниципальных нужд, относящихся к ведению отдела и др.
