Осуществлять обслуживание покупателей: проводить на кассовой линейке операции по обмену товара на денежные знаки между покупателем и Компанией (в том числе осуществляя приветствие, сканирование, расчет согласованными руководством способами оплаты, завершение сделки) максимально комфортно для покупателя, с соблюдением всех требований и стандартов, принятых в Компании, руководствуясь стандартом обслуживания покупателей на кассовой линейке.Проводить операции с использованием банковских карт, неукоснительно соблюдая Локальные нормативные акты и/или другие регламентирующие это документы Компании. Принимать участие и реализовывать мероприятия, стимулирующие вступление покупателей в программы лояльности Компании и её партнёров. В обязательном порядке информировать покупателей о проводимых рекламных акциях по внутренним промо-активностям. Осуществлять стимулирование реализации подарочных карт, способствовать увеличению реализуемого количества и номинала. При продаже отдельных видов товаров (алкогольной, табачной, печатной и видео продукции, пиротехники, энергетических напитков и других товаров, на продажу которых установлено возрастное ограничение) соблюдать требования действующего Законодательства РФ, а также Законов, временных и возрастных ограничений, установленных отдельными субъектами Российской Федерации. При отсутствии покупательского потока на кассовой линейке, осуществлять проверку соответствия ценников, пополнять товарный запас, соблюдая ротацию, сроки годности, температурный режим и пр., участвовать в пересчете товара. Контролировать наличие и состояние рекламных носителей на кассе, обеспечивать в прикассовой зоне выкладку и оформление товаров, участвующих в промо акциях. В течение смены поддерживать порядок и чистоту на рабочем месте, контролировать наличие расходных материалов для продажи товаров, следить за состоянием инвентаря и оборудования. Своевременно информировать руководителя о неисправностях и поломках, приглашать уборщика помещений для наведения порядка. Не оставлять рабочее место без присмотра, согласовывать свое отсутствие с непосредственным руководителем.
