Консультация покупателей, помощь в подборе товаров/проектов, сопровождение продажи от этапа запроса до реализации Коммуникация и разрешение возникающих вопросов с клиентами и партнерами Участие в разработке коммерческих предложений, проведение акций и мероприятий по привлечению клиентов Поддержание оптимального уровня товарного запаса в торговом зале ЧТО МЫ ОТ ВАС ОЖИДАЕМ Опыт управления командой, организаторские способности, ориентация на командную работу, продажи; Готовность к интенсивной работе; Стремление к развитию; Готовность обучать других. РАБОТА У НАС - ЭТО Официальное трудоустройство, фиксированный оклад с 1-го дня работы и отсутствие штрафов; График работы 5/2 (по 8 часов + час обед), скользящие парные выходные; Совокупный уровень дохода от 90 000 руб./мес. (до вычета налогов): - фиксированный оклад от 80 000 руб./мес., (итоговая сумма по результатам собеседования); - компенсация питания 6000 руб./мес. (до вычета налога); - ежемесячная премия 4 000 руб./мес. (по положению о премировании); Возможность получения квартальной премии до 25% от квартального дохода (по положению о премировании); Двойная оплата праздничных и выходных дней, доплата за сверхурочную работу; Бонус от 10 000 руб. за каждого приведенного друга, который отработал не менее 3 месяцев (премия зависит от действующей акции в магазине); Корпоративное обучение и доступ к базе знаний; Программа развития для каждого сотрудника и возможность карьерного роста.
