Ведущий бухгалтер Комитета осуществляет ведение и обработку первичных бухгалтерских документов сметыКомитета, ведение бюджетного учета сметы Комитета, отражение на бухгалтерских счетах операций по движениюденежных средств и материальных ценностей Комитета, ведениенеобходимых бухгалтерских журналов, книг, форм и т.п.2.4. Оформление заявок в Финансовое управление администрацииокруга на финансирование расходов Комитета, составление расчетноплатежныхдокументов на оплату расходов Комитета. Ведение учета поступления и расходования денежных средств,включая наличных, соблюдение порядка ведения кассовых операций. Составление сметы доходов и расходов Комитета по вопросамрасходных обязательств на отчетный период. Отражение и ведение бухгалтерского учета движимого инедвижимого имущества казны округа. Отражение на счетах бухгалтерского учета прибытия выбытиядвижимого и недвижимого имущества казны округа. Составление налоговых деклараций по налогам сметы Комитета иказны округа (ЕСН, налога на имущество, транспортного налога, земельногоналога и др.), своевременное предоставление их в налоговые органы. Составление месячных квартальных и годовых бухгалтерскихотчетов, отчетов об исполнении сметы расходов Комитета, и других отчетовпо установленным формам и срокам. Администрирование поступления в бюджет доходов в пределахкомпетенции Комитета. Составление бюджетной росписи главного распорядителя. Составление планового реестра расходных обязательств. Участие в комиссии по инвентаризации и списанию основныхсредств Комитета и казны округа, с отражением результатов инвентаризациии списания на счетах бухгалтерского учета. Еженедельное создание и хранение резервной копии базы данныхпрограммного продукта Парус - Бухгалтерия (бюджет). Начисление, персонифицированный учет, начисленных ипоступивших сумм платежей за пользование земельными участкамифизических и юридических лиц по заключенным договорам аренды.
