Специалист по гражданской обороне исполняет следующие обязанности:Ведёт плановые документы по гражданской обороне, антитеррористической безопасности, противопожарной безопасности и действиям по предупреждению и ликвидации чрезвычайных ситуаций в организации:Ведёт и корректирует плановые документы по ведению гражданской обороны, антитеррористической безопасности и противопожарной безопасности в организации.Ведёт и корректирует плановые документы по проведению мероприятий по предупреждению и ликвидации чрезвычайных ситуаций в организации.Выполняет комплекс мероприятий по подготовке к защите работников, материальных ценностей организации от опасностей, возникающих при военных конфликтах или вследствие этих конфликтов, а также в чрезвычайных ситуациях природного и техногенного характера.

Специалист по гражданской обороне должен обладать соответствующими необходимыми профессиональными умениями для выполнения конкретных должностных обязанностей (функций), а также знать: 1.7.1.Основы законодательства РФ о здравоохранении. 1.7.2.Методы организации финансово-хозяйственной деятельности ОГАУЗ Колпашевская РБ . 1.7.3.Технологии диагностики причин возникновения различных конфликтных ситуаций, их эффективной профилактики и разрешения. 1.7.4.Гражданское, административное, трудовое, бюджетное и налоговое законодательство в части регулирования функционирования лечебных учреждений и органов управления здравоохранением различных уровней. 1.7.5.Основы менеджмента и управления персоналом. 1.7.6.Основы экономики и социологии. 1.7.7.Правила эксплуатации помещений в лечебном учреждении. 1.7.8.Основы трудового законодательства Российской Федерации, основы организации труда. 1.7.9.Средства механизации труда обслуживающего персонала ОГАУЗ Колпашевская РБ . 1.7.10.Основы работы с персональным компьютером и принтером, текстовыми редакторами, электронными таблицами, электронной почтой и браузерами. 1.7.11.Порядок действий при возникновении пожара и эвакуации. 1.7.12.Психологию и основы гигиены труда. 1.7.13.Правила по охране труда и пожарной безопасности, производственной санитарии. 1.7.14.Санитарно-эпидемиологические требования к устройству, содержанию и организации режима работы лечебных учреждений. 1.7.15.Нормативно-правовые акты, регламентирующие хозяйственную и финансово- экономическую деятельность учреждений здравоохранения.
