1. Ведение плана финансово - хозяйственной деятельности на бумажном носителе и в программном продукте АЦК Финансы в соответствии с бюджетной сметой Управления по подведомственным учреждениям. 2. Доведение финансирования (доходы) по субсидиям на обеспечение выполнения муниципального задания на оказание муниципальных услуг, субсидиям на иные цели, до подведомственных учреждений путем создания заявок на оплату расходов по кодам бюджетной классификации, по средствам местного бюджета в программном продукте АЦК Финансы . 3. Создание и регистрация сведений об обязательствах и договоре БУ/АУ программном продукте АЦК Финансы . 4. Осуществление оплаты расходов подведомственных учреждений путем создания заявок БУ/АУ на выплату средств в программном продукте АЦК Финансы . 5. Формирование в программном продукте АЦК Финансы выписки из лицевого счета БУ/АУ и на бумажном носителе. 6. Осуществление приема и проверки первичных документов (контракт, счет-фактура, накладная, акт выполненных работ, акт оказанных услуг и другие) от руководителей и (или) материально-ответственных лиц подведомственных учреждений. 7. Анализ фактического потребления подведомственными учреждениями топливно энергетических ресурсов с утвержденными лимитами. 8. Составление Отчета об обязательствах учреждения (ф. 0503738-нп) в разрезе подведомственных учреждений, Отчета об исполнении учреждением плана его финансово-хозяйственной деятельности (ф. 0503737) в разрезе подведомственных учреждений, Отчета об обязательствах учреждения (ф. 0503738) в разрезе подведомственных учреждений.

Экономист должен знать: - Конституцию Российской Федерации; - Гражданский кодекс Российской Федерации; - Бюджетный кодекс Российской Федерации; - законодательство о бухгалтерском учете, о налогах и сборах, об аудиторской деятельности, официальном статистическом учете, архивном деле; - трудовое законодательство; - отраслевое законодательство в сфере образования; - основы ведения бухгалтерского учета и составления бухгалтерской (финансовой) отчетности; - порядок составления сводных учетных документов в целях упорядочения обработки данных о фактах хозяйственной жизни учреждения; - порядок обмена информацией по телекоммуникационным каналам связи; - современные технологии автоматизированной обработки информации; - компьютерные программы для ведения бухгалтерского учета программа АЦК- Финансы,1С - Бухгалтерия; - правила защиты информации; - требования охраны труда и правила пожарной безопасности.
