Маркетолог выполняет следующие функции: 4.1. Проводит анализ текущей рыночной конъюнктуры, востребованности товаров/услуг, отслеживает рыночные тренды и нововведения в закреплённых сегментах. 4.2. Разрабатывает технические задания на проведение маркетинговых исследований (внешний рынок, отраслевые сегменты, смежные товарные группы). 4.3. Ведёт системный конкурентный анализ: изучает предложения, продукты, инновации и рекламные активности конкурентов на территории РФ. 4.4. Анализирует ассортиментную политику и продуктовые линейки закреплённых брендов, готовит предложения по их оптимизации. 4.5. Систематизирует первичную аналитическую информацию, формирует регулярную отчётность, разрабатывает рекомендации по совершенствованию инструментов продвижения. 4.6. Изучает целевую аудиторию, определяет оптимальные способы позиционирования и методы стимулирования сбыта. 4.7. Участвует в разработке тактики и стратегии вывода новых товаров/услуг на рынок. 4.8. Рассчитывает стоимость рекламных кампаний, составляет медиапланы и представляет их на утверждение руководству. 4.9. Формирует контент-планы для всех каналов коммуникации (включая сайты, социальные сети, e‑mail‑рассылки). 4.10. Обеспечивает наполнение и актуализацию контента на сайтах закреплённых брендов компании. 4.11. Разрабатывает предложения по стимулированию спроса (акции, специальные программы), производит расчёт их стоимости и оценивает эффективность. 4.12. Планирует, готовит и проводит маркетинговые мероприятия: выставки, конференции, форумы, презентации (включая подготовку докладов и выступлений). 4.13. Контролирует соблюдение фирменного стиля организации, заказывает сувенирную продукцию, бланки, подарочные наборы брендов. 4.14. Готовит маркетинговые материалы для отдела продаж: прайс-листы, коммерческие предложения, брошюры, демонстрационные образцы, этикетки и др. 4.15. Организует сбор обратной связи от потребителей (анкетирование, опросы), обрабатывает полученные данные и готовит аналитические выводы. 4.16. Управляет почтовыми рассылками по клиентской и партнёрской базе: составляет календарные планы, разрабатывает структуру писем и макеты в специализированных сервисах (например, UNISENDER). 4.17. Формирует технические задания для дизайнеров на разработку макетов рекламных материалов. 4.18. Пишет тексты для статей, докладов, интервью, постов в социальные сети, продающих текстов и иных рекламных носителей. 4.19. Принимает активное участие во внутренних мероприятиях компании в части маркетинговой поддержки. 4.20. Оказывает содействие в реализации маркетинговых проектов по запросам отделов продаж, развития и подбора персонала. 4.21. Ведёт первичный документооборот с партнёрами и подрядчиками по своим направлениям. 4.22. Еженедельно готовит отчёт о выполнении поставленных задач.
