The posting

Диагностическое обследование пациентов. Проводит комплексное обследование лиц с нарушениями речи и других высших психических функций (афазия, дизартрия, агнозия, апраксия, дислексия, дисграфия, заикание, задержки речевого развития и др.). Совместная разработка программ реабилитации. Совместно с врачом составляет индивидуальные программы медицинской и педагогической реабилитации. Проведение занятий. В соответствии с утверждёнными программами проводит индивидуальные и групповые занятия с пациентами. Междисциплинарное взаимодействие. При необходимости организует консультации с врачами и другими специалистами. Ведение медицинской документации. Участвует в ведении документации: фиксирует содержание консультаций, результаты логопедического (нейропсихологического) обследования, индивидуальную программу реабилитации, информацию о проведённых занятиях. Регулярно (не реже 1 раза в 10 12 дней) оформляет этапные эпикризы с отражением динамики состояния пациента, а в конце курса заключительный эпикриз. Ведёт Дневник работы логопеда . Подготовка методических материалов. Занимается подготовкой пособий и оформлением документации. Повышение квалификации. Проходит повышение квалификации по дефектологии на циклах усовершенствования не реже одного раза в пять лет. Внедрение современных методов. Активно внедряет в практику новые, научно обоснованные методы логопедической помощи.

взаимодействие с неврологом, реабилитологом, медсёстрами: согласовывать план, читать медицинскую документацию. Вести медицинскую документацию. Заполнять протоколы обследований, индивидуальные программы, этапные и заключительные эпикризы с фиксацией динамики. Анализировать эффективность. Оценивать, насколько выбранные методы работают, и при необходимости корректировать программу.
