The posting

Обследование пациента. Врач собирает жалобы, изучает анамнез (в том числе физиотерапевтический) и историю заболевания. При необходимости он направляет пациента на дополнительные исследования лабораторные, инструментальные, а также на консультации к другим специалистам. Разработка плана лечения. На основе полученных данных врач определяет, нужны ли физиопроцедуры, и если да подбирает конкретные методы (электротерапия, магнитотерапия, лазеротерапия, ультразвук, светолечение, тепловые или криогенные процедуры и др.). Он составляет индивидуальный план применения физиотерапии. Назначение процедур и контроль. Врач не только назначает, но и контролирует процесс: следит за реакцией организма, оценивает эффективность и безопасность методов. При необходимости он корректирует план меняет частоту сеансов, дозировку или саму методику. Работа в мультидисциплинарной команде. Физиотерапевт часто участвует в реабилитации после травм, операций, инсультов, хронических заболеваний. Он взаимодействует с врачами ЛФК, реабилитологами, неврологами, ортопедами, чтобы выстроить целостную программу восстановления. Профилактика и просвещение. Врач может назначать профилактические мероприятия с учётом факторов риска пациента, а также проводить санитарно-просветительскую работу рассказывать о здоровом образе жизни. Организация работы персонала. Если врач имеет подчинённых (медсестёр, техников), в его обязанности может входить контроль за правильностью проведения процедур, эксплуатацией оборудования, соблюдением техники безопасности и правил охраны труда. Ведение документации. Врач оформляет медицинскую документацию, в том числе в электронном виде, фиксирует все назначенные процедуры, динамику состояния пациента и внесённые корректировки. Обеспечение качества и безопасности. Специалист участвует во внутреннем контроле качества и безопасности медицинской деятельности, использует медицинские информационные системы, соблюдает правила работы с персональными данными пациентов и сведениями, составляющими врачебную тайну. Дополнительные задачи. В отдельных случаях врач может оказывать неотложную помощь, участвовать в экспертизе временной нетрудоспособности, готовить документы для медико-социальной экспертизы, а также проводить противоэпидемические мероприятия при необходимости.
