Должностные обязанности зведующего хозяйством на 0,75 ставки, заработная плата 34544 руб. 00 коп., в Образовательном учреждении Руководство хозяйственной деятельностью школы . Заведующий хозяйством непосредственно подчиняется директору или его заместителю. Материально-техническое обеспечение учебного процесса . Обеспечение учебных кабинетов, мастерских, бытовых и хозяйственных помещений необходимой мебелью, оборудованием, инвентарём, соответствующими требованиям правил и норм безопасности жизнедеятельности, стандартам безопасности труда. Контроль за хозяйственным обслуживанием и состоянием объектов . Текущий контроль за техническим и санитарно-гигиеническим состоянием зданий, сооружений, классов, учебных кабинетов, мастерских, спортзала, жилых и других помещений, а также столовой в соответствии с требованиями норм и правил безопасности жизнедеятельности. Рациональное расходование материалов и финансовых средств . Контроль за экономным использованием ресурсов, планирование ассигнований на приобретение оборудования, инвентаря, затрат на текущий и капитальный ремонт. Руководство работами по благоустройству, озеленению и уборке территории школы . Координация работы подчинённого персонала . Направление и координация работы технического и обслуживающего персонала, ведение учёта рабочего времени этой категории работников, составление табеля учёта рабочего времени. Инвентарный учёт и инвентаризация имущества . Организация инвентарного учёта имущества школы, проведение инвентаризации, своевременное составление отчётности и ведение документации по закреплённому участку работы. Обеспечение соблюдения требований охраны труда и пожарной безопасности . Контроль за соблюдением требований при эксплуатации зданий, технологического и энергетического оборудования, организация текущего ремонта, соблюдение правил пожарной безопасности, контроль исправности средств пожаротушения. Обучение и инструктажи персонала . Организация обучения, проведение инструктажей на рабочем месте (первичного и периодических) для технического и обслуживающего персонала, оборудование уголка безопасности жизнедеятельности. Работа с договорами . Принятие мер по расширению хозяйственной самостоятельности школы, своевременное заключение необходимых договоров, контроль за выполнением договорных обязательств. Подготовка школы к началу учебного года.
