Участвует в разработке, внесении изменений и утверждении Генерального плана и Правил землепользования и застройки города и другой градостроительной документации в соответствии с действующим градостроительным законодательством. Участвует в подготовке проектов нормативно-правовых актов Администрации города и Главы города по направлениям деятельности Отдела. Участвует в проведении осмотра зданий, сооружений на предмет их технического состояния и надлежащего технического обслуживания в соответствии с требованиями технических регламентов, предъявляемыми к конструктивным и другим характеристикам надежности и безопасности указанных объектов. Осуществляет подготовку и работу по выдаче градостроительных планов земельных участков, разрешений и уведомлений на строительство, разрешений на ввод объектов в эксплуатацию при осуществлении строительства, реконструкции объектов капитального строительства, расположенных на территории муниципального образования город Свободный. Осуществляет подготовку и работу по выдаче решения о согласовании, либо отказе в согласовании: - перевода жилого помещения в нежилое и (или) нежилого помещения в жилое в многоквартирном доме; - перепланировки и (или) переустройства помещения в многоквартирном жилом доме. Осуществляет подготовку и работу приемочной комиссии после завершения: - перевода жилого помещения в нежилое и (или) нежилого помещения в жилое в многоквартирном доме; - перепланировки и (или) переустройства помещения в многоквартирном жилом доме. Осуществляет подготовку и работу по ведению информационных систем обеспечения градостроительной деятельности Участвует в работе по подготовке актов освидетельствования работ по строительству, реконструкции объекта индивидуального жилищного строительства. Подготавливает ответы по обращениям граждан, юридических лиц, государственных и иных органов и другое.
