- обеспечивать содержание в чистоте помещений, не реже 2 раз в день проводить тщательную влажную уборку в помещениях, и в любое время суток в случае необходимости; - проветривать все помещения не менее 4 раз в сутки по 15 минут; - чистить раковины, ванны, унитазы, поддерживать их чистоту; - обеспечивать чистоту в шкафах, комодах, тумбочках, холодильниках; - проводить дезинфекцию санитарных суден, мочалок, ковриков, уборочного инвентаря, ёмкостей для уборки, ветоши согласно санитарным правилам и нормативам; - по мере накопления выносить мусор в закрытой ёмкости или мешке в мусоросборник (контейнер), не должно быть остатков мусора по пути следования к контейнеру, весь мусор должен быть убран в контейнер; - обеспечивать чистоту в отделении; - застилать, перестилать кровати, следить за отсутствием складок на простынях; - производить замену загрязненного постельного и нательного белья; - оказывать помощь больным в передвижении, переодевании; - проверять наличие больных по списочному составу отделения во время подъёма, приёма пищи, отбоя и по необходимости; - следить за соблюдением больными режима дня отделения; - соблюдать питьевой режим, каждые 2 часа производить замену воды в ёмкости с питьевой водой, производить дез. обработку использованных кружек, следить за наличием чистых кружек, регистрировать время смены воды в журнале питьевого режима; - сопровождать больных в столовую; - контролировать мытьё рук больными до и после приёма пищи; - помогать в мытье рук, чистке зубов, умывании, причесывании; - проводить своевременную замену подгузников, пелёнок (при необходимости); - осуществлять постоянное наблюдение и уход за больными с готовностью всегда прийти на помощь; - не допускать курения в палатах, служебных и хозяйственных помещениях. Еженедельно по графику и чаще при необходимости: - проводить генеральную уборку помещений; - проводить банные мероприятия; - стричь ногти больным; - доставка биологического материала в лабораторию; - обеспечение порядка в холодильниках и санитарное содержание холодильников для хранения личных пищевых продуктов пациентов.
