The posting

1. Ведение исполнительной документации:- Сбор и систематизация всех необходимых документов;- Регистрация, учет и хранение исполнительной документации;- Подготовка отчетов о выполнении работ, сроках и объемах. 2. Разработка исполнительных схем и чертежей:- Создание чертежей в AutoCAD, соответствующих действующим нормам и стандартам;- Подготовка изменений и дополнений к проектной документации;- Контроль за соответствием исполнительных схем проектной документации. 3. Подписание форм КС-2:- Подготовка необходимых данных для оформления актов выполненных работ (форм КС-2)- Согласование форм КС-2 с заказчиком и контролирующими органами. 4. Разработка технических решений:- Анализ проектной документации для выявления необходимых изменений и доработок;- Подготовка предложений по оптимизации проектных решений;- Разработка технологий выполнения работ в соответствии с проектными решениями. 5. Разработка актов на дополнительные работы:- Сбор информации о выполненных работах, не предусмотренных проектом;- Подготовка актов о выполнении дополнительных работ;- Согласование актов с заказчиком и подрядчиками. 6. Выполнение поручений начальника ПТО:- Оперативное выполнение заданий, поставленных начальником ПТО, в установленные сроки;- Участие в комиссиях по приемке выполненных работ, составление соответствующих документов;- Подготовка материалов и отчетов для совещаний и встреч.

Высшее техническое (желательно строительное) образование; Опыт работы на аналогичной должности от 3 лет; Уверенный пользователь программ: Word, Excel, AutoCad.
