Выполняет работы по содержанию в надлежащем состоянии зданий и уборку прилегающих к зданию территорий (тратуаров, сточных каналов, урн, мусоросборников (при отсутствии дворника), подвалов и чердаков здания). Производит погрузочно -разгрузочные работы при приобретении мебели,оборудования, материальных ценностей с доставкой их в помещения Отделения. Производит мелкий ремонт мебели, ее сборку, разборку, устранять повреждения и неисправности (по заявкам). Осуществляет сборку (новой) поступившей мебели (при условии отсутствия этих обязанностей по договору с поставщиком). При перемещении отделов и служб из кабинета в кабинет производит перестановку мебели с разборкой ее и сборкой (при необходимости). Осуществляет периодический осмотр технического состояния обслуживаемых зданий, оборудования и механизмов, их техническое обслуживание и мелкий текущий ремонт. Осуществляет подготовку помещений к работе в зимних условиях, утепление дверей и окон. Осуществляет мелкий ремонт сантехнических узлов. Осуществляет мелкий ремонт и хозяйственное обслуживание помещений Отделения (установка и ремонт крепежа карнизов, покраска отдельных деталей пола, лестницы, замена замков и пружин на дверях и т.д.). Осуществляет сезонные работы по очистке территории Отделения от снега и льда (в том числе эвакуационной лестницы, крыльца, крыши, водостоков), обрабатывать указанную территорию противогололедными материалами.

Рабочий по комплексному обслуживанию и ремонту зданий 2 разряда. Назначение на должность рабочего осуществляется без требований к образованию и стажу работы. Рабочий должен знать и соблюдать: - правила внутреннего распорядка Отделения, Положение о пропускном и внутриобъектовом режиме и охране зданий и помещений Отделения, настоящую должностную инструкцию; - основы трудового законодательства Российской Федерации; - правила и нормы охраны труда, техники безопасности, производственной санитарии, правила пожарной безопасности; - постановления местных органов по вопросам санитарии, благоустройства, внешнего содержания зданий; - правила санитарии и гигиены по содержанию улиц, помещений, мусоропроводов и др.; - устройство и правила эксплуатации обслуживаемого оборудования. Социальный пакет. Полный рабочий день (1 ставка). Рабочее время с 08.45 до 18.00. На период до 3-х месяцев с момента приема не устанавливаются квалификационные надбавки. Заработная плата от 32 245руб. (без учета северной надбавки) до 46 265 руб. (с учетом районного коэффициента и северной надбавки). Отпуск 44 календарных дня.
