The posting

Собирать использованную посуду со столов и доставлять её на мойку. Очищать тарелки, стаканы и другую посуду от остатков пищи (при необходимости замачивать). Мыть посуду вручную с применением моющих средств, а также использовать посудомоечную машину (соблюдать правила эксплуатации). Готовить моющие и дезинфицирующие растворы строго по нормам (контролировать концентрацию, расход). Сушить посуду, приборы, подносы. Доставлять чистую посуду на раздаточные столы. Содержать в чистоте рабочее место: мойку, стеллажи для сушки, раковины, пол. Вести учёт поступления и боя посуды. Собирать пищевые отходы в специальную промаркированную тару и своевременно выносить их. В конце смены убирать рабочее место. При необходимости выполнять другие поручения заведующего столовой.
