The posting

Осуществление полного цикла контроля качества продукции в соответствии с требованиями системы IATF 16949 и локальными нормативными актами РФ, реализация стандартов входного, операционного и приемочного контроля. Разработка и ведение контрольной документации, инструкций по проверке качества. Контроль геометрических параметров, функциональных характеристик, герметичности и других критических показателей изделий. Выявление причин отклонений качества, организация корректирующих мероприятий. Взаимодействие с российскими заказчиками по вопросам качества: обработка рекламаций, сопровождение возвратов, управление несоответствующей продукцией, подготовка отчетов по результатам анализа качества. Участие в валидации образцов, проведение аудитов серийного производства, реализация проектов по улучшению качества, снижение уровня брака. Ведение учетно-отчетной документации на русском языке (журналы качества, протоколы испытаний, разрешительная документация), подготовка к проверкам со стороны клиентов и аудитам системы менеджмента качества. Обеспечение соответствия выпускаемой продукции требованиям российского рынка.

Опыт работы в области управления качеством на производственных предприятиях (желательно в автомобильной отрасли) от 3 лет. Опыт взаимодействия с иностранными заказчиками (предпочтительно с российскими или европейскими). Знание и практическое применение требований IATF 16949, а также российских стандартов и нормативов в области качества автомобильных компонентов. Профессиональные навыки: Владение методами входного, операционного и приёмочного контроля. Умение разрабатывать контрольную документацию, инструкции по проверке качества. Навыки работы с измерительным оборудованием (координатно-измерительные машины, штангенциркули, оптические измерительные приборы и т.п.) и понимание принципов калибровки. Опыт проведения анализа причин несоответствий (8D, Why-Why, Fishbone и др.) и реализации корректирующих мероприятий. Способность вести рекламационную работу, оформлять ответы на претензии, составлять протоколы испытаний и отчёты. Знание стандартов и нормативной базы: IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC. Российские требования к качеству автокомпонентов (ГОСТы, технические регламенты Таможенного союза/ЕАЭС). Опыт подготовки к аудитам (клиентским, сертификационным) и участия в них.
