соблюдать установленные в Администрации Чертковского района правила внутреннего трудового распорядка. Регламент работы Администрации Чертковского района, порядок работы со служебной информацией, правила пожарной безопасности и охраны труда; уведомлять Главу Чертковского района, правоохранительные органы обо всех случаях обращения каких-либо лиц в целях склонения его к совершению коррупционных правонарушений; направлять ходатайства о награждении государственными, ведомственными, областными наградами, законодательного собрания Ростовской области; подготавливать и проводить районный праздник День работников сельского хозяйства и перерабатывающей промышленности; консультировать работников кадровых служб сельхозпредприятий района; принимать и делать свод отчетов по кадровой работе от сельхозтоваропроизводителей района и сдавать его в Минсельхозпрод Ростовской области; рассматривать обращения граждан в рамках своих обязанностей; подготавливать текущую и оперативную информацию по вопросам животноводства; собирать с администраций сельских поселений района информацию в области обращения с животными без владельцев, с последующим предоставлением отчета в Министерство жилищно-коммунального хозяйства Ростовской области; подготавливать отчеты по заготовке кормовой базы во всех категориях хозяйств, с последующим направлением информации в Минсельхозпрод Ростовской области.

2 . Старший инспектор должен знать: Конституцию Российской Федерации, федеральные законы от 29.12.2006 №264-ФЗ О развитии сельского хозяйства, от 02.03.2007 № 25-ФЗ О муниципальной службе в Российской Федерации, от 25.12.2008 №273-ФЗ О противодействии коррупции; основы делопроизводства; иные правовые акты, необходимые для осуществления деятельности в рамках должностной инструкции.
