1. Является материально-ответственным лицом, с которым работодатель заключает письменные договоры о полной индивидуальной материальной ответственности. 1.1. Составляет и своевременно предоставляет в отдел материально-технического обеспечения заявки (в соответствии с потребностями психоневрологического отделения) на приобретение 1.2.Составляет и своевременно предоставляет в отдел материально-технического обеспечения заявки (в соответствии с потребностями психоневрологического отделения) на ремонт 1.3. Организует безопасное хранение и выдачу (проверяет выдаваемые предметы на отсутствие в них посторонних предметов) в соответствии с установленными нормами и сроками эксплуатации или носки 1.4.ведет учетно - отчетную документацию по приходу и расходу дезинфицирующих средств, проведению дезкамерной обработки в отделении 1.5. Организует прием грязного белья (от клиентов и санитарную одежду, спецодежду персонала) и сдает в дезинфекцию, стирку и ремонт. Во время приемки грязного белья проверяет его на наличие/отсутствие посторонних предметов. 1.6. Производит своевременную маркировку инвентаря. 1.7. Принимает непосредственное участие в комиссионном уничтожении мягкого инвентаря, который пришел в негодность.

4. Сестра - хозяйка должна знать: 4.1. Организационную структуру ГОАУСОН АПНИ №1 . 4.2. Сроки годности используемого в ГОАУСОН АПНИ №1 белья и инвентаря; 4.3. Время и методы санитарной обработки инвентаря; 4.4. Условия эксплуатации и хранения инвентаря; 4.5. Формы учетно-отчетной документации и правильность их заполнения; 4.6. Правила соблюдения санитарно-гигиенического режима в отделении и ГОАУСОН АПНИ №1; 4.7. Правила и нормы охраны труда, техники безопасности, противопожарной и экологической безопасности, производственной санитарии по выполняемому разделу работы, в т.ч. правила безопасности при работе с дезинфицирующими средствами и оборудованием, с клиентами ГОАУСОН АПНИ №1 . 4.8. Основы трудового законодательства РФ. 4.9. Правила внутреннего трудового распорядка, локальные нормативные акты Учреждения. 4.10. Правила и нормы охраны труда, техники безопасности, производственной санитарии и противопожарной защиты, техники безопасности при работе с клиентами ГОАУСОН АПНИ №1 .
