проводит консультации по группам лекарственных препаратов и синонимам в рамках одного международного непатентованного наименования и ценам на них; проводит приемочный контроль поступающих лекарственных средств и других товаров аптечного ассортимента и проверку сопроводительных документов в установленном порядке; осуществляет регистрацию результатов приемочного контроля поступающих лекарственных средств и других товаров аптечного ассортимента в установленном порядке; участвует в разборке товара, его распределении по местам хранения, обеспечивает соблюдение условий хранения ЛС и ИМН в соответствии с их физико-химическими свойствами; осуществляет выдачу товаров по требованиям-накладным в структурные подразделения с соблюдением фармацевтического порядка; принимает решение о замене выписанного лекарственного препарата на синонимичные или аналогичные препараты в установленном порядке; осуществляет внутренний контроль за соблюдением порядка отпуска лекарственных препаратов и товаров аптечного ассортимента; изымает из обращения лекарственные средства и товары аптечного ассортимента, пришедшие в негодность, с истекшим сроком годности, фальсифицированную, контрафактную и недоброкачественную продукцию; ведет предметно-количественный учет лекарственных средств; осуществляет обеспечение, контроль соблюдения режимов и условий хранения, необходимых для сохранения качества, эффективности, безопасности лекарственных средств и других товаров аптечного ассортимента, их физической сохранности; изымает лекарственные средства и другие товары аптечного ассортимента, пришедшие в негодность, с истекшим сроком годности, фальсифицированную, контрафактную, недоброкачественную продукцию; ведет отчетную документацию в установленном порядке; своевременно информирует заведующего аптеки о любых проблемах, нестандартных ситуациях и важных вопросах аптеки, действует правильно и оперативно; соблюдает морально-правовые нормы профессионального общения; способствует собственному обучению и профессиональному росту; обеспечивает соблюдение фармпорядка и санитарно-гигиенического режима на рабочем месте
