Осуществляет руководство медицинской частью в соответствии с действующим законодательством Российской Федерации, определяющим деятельность органов и учреждений здравоохранения, и социальной защиты. 3.2. Ежедневно проводит планерки с работниками медицинской части. 3.3. Осуществляет контроль за деятельностью прочего персонала при осуществлении им работ по обеспечению деятельности учреждения. 3.4. Представляет учреждение в государственных, судебных, страховых и других органах по поручению директора ГАУ СО АО Архаринский дом-интернат для престарелых и инвалидов . 3.5. Организует и контролирует работу медицинского персонала по оказанию своевременной и качественной помощи проживающим дома-интерната: доврачебной, врачебной и консультативной.3.6. Обеспечивает организацию лечебно-профилактической, административно-хозяйственной деятельности учреждения в пределах своей компетенции. 3.7. Систематически проводит административные обходы всех помещений учреждения. 3.8. Организует и контролирует развитие профилактической направленности деятельности учреждения:- проведение санитарно-просветительской работы среди проживающих;- формирование учебно-методической базы для публичных лекций и Школ здоровья;- проведение публичных лекций и занятий в Школах здоровья в соответствии с утвержденной программой. 3.9. Отвечает за организацию и проведение диспансеризации и профилактических медицинских осмотров проживающих, предварительных и периодических медицинских осмотров сотрудников, вакцинацию сотрудников и проживающих. 3.10. Осуществляет анализ медицинской деятельности учреждения и на основе оценки показателей его работы принимает необходимые меры по улучшению форм и методов работы учреждения. 3.11. Ведет необходимую документацию, разрабатывает должностные инструкции для работников медицинской части. 3.12. Рассматривает положения о структурных подразделениях учреждения. 3.13. Контролирует выполнение подчиненными требований правил внутреннего трудового распорядка, техники безопасности, охраны труда, правил противопожарной безопасности, технической эксплуатации приборов, оборудования и механизмов, принципов корпоративной этики и деонтологии в работе с сотрудниками, проживающими и посетителями дома-интерната. 3.14. Контролирует санитарное состояние дезкамеры, прачечной, ванных комнат, комнаты выдачи чистого белья, контейнерной площадки для сбора бытовых отходов, столовой, пищеблока.3.15. Контролирует качество приготовления пищи на пищеблоке, соблюдением технологического процесса приготовления пищи. 3.16. Контролирует исполнение Закона О санитарно-эпидемическом населения, обеспечивает выполнение программы 3.17. Контролирует соблюдение технологических процессов стирки белья, дезинфекции материального инвентаря.
