Управление воронкой подбора: оперативная обработка входящего потока резюме и откликов. Телефонный скрининг: проведение первичных интервью для оценки опыта, ключевых навыков и мотивации кандидатов. Мэтчинг и презентация: подбор оптимальных вакансий под профиль кандидата и их привлекательное позиционирование. Работа с возражениями: консультирование соискателей, разбор сомнений и ответов на сложные вопросы. Ведение кандидата: полное сопровождение соискателя на всех этапах отбора до финального результата. CRM-отчетность: фиксация истории взаимодействия и актуализация данных в Битрикс24. Работа в режиме многозадачности: эффективное распределение времени при высоком объеме входящих обращений.

Опыт работы: от 1 года в сфере массового подбора персонала или в активных продажах (менеджером по продажам), также рассматриваем кандидатов без опыта работы . Навыки коммуникации: умение убеждать, грамотно вести диалог и уверенно отрабатывать возражения кандидатов. Личные качества: высокая ответственность, честность, настойчивость и развитая эмпатия. Инструменты работы: владение собственными каналами привлечения трафика и понимание принципов работы с базами данных кандидатов. Знание специфики: понимание базовых критериев отбора кандидатов и условий прохождения службы.
