Осуществляет организацию учебного процесса на отделении и разработку годового графика учебного процесса в координации с другими отделениями и структурными подразделениями колледжа, Осуществляет контроль за выполнением графика учебного процесса на учебный год и при необходимости своевременно вносит предложения по его корректировке. Обеспечивает выполнение учебных планов и программ в соответствии с требованиями федеральных государственных образовательных стандартов среднего профессионального образования по специальностям, выполнением Устава, Правил внутреннего распорядка, приказов директора колледжа.Участвует в составлении расписания учебных занятий и других видов деятельности колледжа, в текущем и перспективном планировании всей деятельности колледжа,Обеспечивает организацию необходимого делопроизводства, ведение и оформление документации и учёта проведения учебных занятий и экзаменационных сессий, Осуществляет контроль за ведением журналов учебных занятий, проведением обязательных контрольных и курсовых работ, а также качеством поурочного планирования, Участвует в работе стипендиальной комиссии колледжа, Систематически (не реже одного раза в месяц) проводит анализ и организует учёт успеваемости и посещаемости всех видов занятий обучающимися. Участвует в комплектовании и принимает меры по сохранению контингента обучающихся на отделении.
