- Осуществлять контроль за своевременной подачей транспортного средства на платформу для посадки пассажиров. - При получении путевого листа от водителя проверять наличие в нём отметок о прохождении предрейсового технического осмотра автобуса и о проведении предрейсового медицинского освидетельствования водителя. -Своевременно вносить в АСУ КАТ сведения о прибытии для выполнения планового рейса транспортных средств и водителях. - Контролировать достоверность оформления путевой документации, предоставляемой водителем перевозчика, делать отметку фактического времени прибытия и отправления автобуса, удостоверяя запись личной подписью и штампом автовокзала/автостанции. - Обеспечивать своевременное информирование пассажиров по громкоговорящей связи о наличии свободных мест в отправляемых автобусах, об отклонениях от расписания движения автобусов, с указанием вероятного времени отправления рейса, о прибытии и отправлении автобусов, месте и времени посадки в автобусы, а также о требованиях законодательства по транспортной безопасности и сохранности личного имущества. - С учетом кассовых ведомостей продажи билетов проверять наличие билетов у всех пассажиров, находящихся в салоне автобуса. - Составлять установленную отчетность.

Требования к квалификации диспетчера: среднее профессиональное образование без предъявления требований к стажу работы или начальное профессиональное образование и стаж работы по оперативному регулированию процесса управления
