3. ДОЛЖНОСТНЫЕ ОБЯЗАННОСТИ 3.1. Своевременно и качественно выполнять работы по аварийному ремонту инженерных систем, находящихся на обслуживании. 3.2. Устанавливать и заменять фасонные части и арматуру на действующих сетях, магистралях и котлах. 3.3. Выполнять работы по выключению отдельных участков трубопроводов, опорожнение и наполнение их с установкой кранов для запуска и выпуска воздуха. Выполнять промывку трубопровода. 3.4. Регулировать работы задвижек на сетях и магистралях труб, снимать показатели давления по манометру. Выполнять работы по врезке в трубопроводах. Выполнять прочистку канализационной сети и коллектора. Устранять засоры. Правильно и экономно расходовать материалы при производстве работ. 3.5. Обеспечивать сохранность и исправность, находящихся в его ведении приборов, инструментов и средств защиты. 3.6. Правильно и экономно расходует материалы при производстве работ. 3.7. Участвует в составлении заявок на материалы, запасные части, инструмент и обеспечивает их экономное и рациональное расходование. 3.8. Своевременно проходить обязательные виды обучения, повышения профессиональной квалификации в учебных центрах, на курсах и семинарах, соответствующих профилю работы, а так же посредством самообразования. 3.9. Соблюдать правила внутреннего трудового распорядка, нормы и правила охраны труда и пожарной безопасности, служебной субординации, деловой и профессиональной этики. 3.10. Выполнять работы по приемке и сдаче смены, чистке и мойке, дезинфекции обслуживаемого оборудования и коммуникаций, уборке рабочего места, приспособлений, инструмента, а также по содержанию их в надлежащем состоянии. 3.11. Выполнять приказы, письменные и устные распоряжения, служебные задания и поручения вышестоящего руководителя, не вступающих в противоречие с условиями трудового договора слесаря АВР и настоящей рабочей инструкцией. 3.12. В межотопительный период выполнять работы по ремонту оборудования котельных, систем теплоснабжения, других коммунальных сооружений и подготовке их к работе в отопительном периоде.

2.1. Квалификационные требования: 2.1.1. Образование среднее (полное) общее и соответствующая подготовка по специальности. 2.1.2. Без предъявлений требований к стажу работы. 2.2. Слесарь АВР должен знать: 2.2.1. Устройство и принцип работы аппаратуры для врезок. 2.2.2. Устройство компенсаторов на трубопроводах различных диаметров. 2.2.3. Способы промывки трубопроводов. 2.2.4. Технологию прочистки канализационной сети, коллекторов и каналов. 2.2.5. Способы устранения засоров. 2.2.6. Методы установления и ликвидации загазованности, правила производства земляных работ. 2.2.7. Способы разметки мест установки приборов и креплений. 2.2.8. Правила установки санитарных и отопительных приборов. 2.2.9. Правила внутреннего распорядка дня. 2.2.10. Правила и нормы охраны труда и пожарной безопасности.
