Руководство работой отдела по обеспечению потребности в сырье, материалах и комплектующих на основное производство и ремонтно-эксплуатационные нужды. - Определение потребности завода и его подразделений в материальных ресурсах, необходимых для выполнения плана производства. - Организация работы отдела по составлению расчетов потребности в сырье и материалах на обеспечение производственной программы, ремонтно-эксплуатационных нужд завода. - Руководство разработкой проектов перспективных и текущих планов материально-технического обеспечения производственной программы, ремонтно-эксплуатационных нужд завода и его структурных единиц, а также создания необходимых производственных запасов на основе определения потребности в материальных ресурсах (сырье, материалах, полуфабрикатах, оборудовании, комплектующих изделиях) с использованием прогрессивных норм расхода. - Организация и осуществление анализа движения материалов на складах. - Подготовка предложений руководству завода об использовании материалов, которые находятся без движения и о способах их реализации. - Участие в реализации мер экономного использования материальных ресурсов путем снижения затрат на их приобретение, доставку и хранение. - Организация учета движения материальных ресурсов на складах завода, участие в комиссиях по инвентаризации товарно-материальных ценностей (ТМЦ) на складах завода. - Организация работы по установлению хозяйственных связей с поставщиками, подготовке документов на рассмотрение тендерных комиссий, оформлению договоров поставок материальных ресурсов, документации на получаемые грузы. - Обеспечение своевременного приобретения материальных ресурсов в соответствии с производственной программой.
