Проведение обследования пациентов пожилого и старческого возраста с целью установления диагноза и определения функционального статуса. Назначение лечения пациентам пожилого и старческого возраста, контроль его эффективности и безопасности. Проведение и контроль эффективности медицинской реабилитации пациентов пожилого и старческого возраста, в том числе разработка плана по использованию средств и методов, адаптирующих окружающую среду к функциональным возможностям пациента пожилого и старческого возраста и т.д. Ведение пациентов в круглосуточном стационаре, в системе ОМС. Врач терапевт обязан обеспечивать надлежащий уровень обследования и лечения больных в соответствии с современными достижениями медицинской науки. Обеспечивать необходимый уход за больными на основе принципов лечебно-охранительного режима и соблюдения правил медицинской диетологии и выполнения больными установленного режима. Составлять и выполнять обоснованный план обследования и лечения курируемых пациентов (в сложных случаях план разрабатывается под руководством зав. отделением). Вести электронные карты стационарных больных в ЕМИС, путем регулярных записей (при интенсивном наблюдении не реже чем через каждые два часа; при динамическом - 2-3 раза в сутки; при плановом - в зависимости от патологии 1 раз в два дня, но не реже 2 раз в неделю). Докладывать зав. отделением, а в его отсутствие непосредственно зам. главного врача по медицинской части:- об угрожающих жизни переменах в состоянии больного, обо всех случаях смерти;- о грубых нарушениях правил внутреннего распорядка медперсоналом и больными. Ежедневно, приступая к работе, знакомиться с записями дежурного врача, заканчивая работу, сообщать дежурному врачу обо всех больных, требующих особого внимания и наблюдения. Использовать в своей работе рациональные формы и методы труда: бланки, клише и т.д. Своевременно и в полном объёме вносить всю необходимую информацию в электронные карты больных в ЕМИС.
