Осуществлять координацию выполнения работ по проектированию объектов. - -Обеспечивать целевое, рациональное использование финансовых средств, выделенных на проектные работы. -Принимать участие в заключении договоров на проектные работы, а также в подготовке документации для проведения открытого аукциона или конкурса на проектные работы. Контролировать ход выполнения планов по проектированию, сроки и качество проектных работ. Осуществлять от лица заказчика контроль за выполнением проектных работ. Организовывать выполнение планов по проектированию, своевременность выдачи проектно-сметной и технической документации для производства строительных работ, работ по капитальному ремонту и реконструкции. Содействовать внедрению рационализаторских предложений, удешевляющих стоимость и сокращающих сроки строительства, ускоряющих сроки производства работ, ускоряющих окупаемость капитальных вложений (без снижения прочности конструкции и ухудшения качества работ). Изучать причины, вызывающие срывы сроков и ухудшение качества проектных работ, принимать меры по их предупреждению и устранению. Участвовать в разработке и внедрении в производство ресурсосберегающих технологий, в разработке по повышению качества работ (услуг). Составляет отчетность по установленным нормам для руководства. По поручению руководителей осуществляет подготовку ответов на входящую документацию, относящуюся к предмету ведения. Должен своевременно и качественно выполнять распоряжения руководителей. Должен соблюдать приказы руководителя, положение об отделе, правила внутреннего трудового распорядка, Устав учреждения. Должен уметь работать с оргтехникой. Должен выполнять иные поручения руководителей, связанные с исполнением своих должностных обязанностей.

Требования: имеющее высшее профессиональное (техническое) образование и стаж работы по специальности не менее 5 лет. Условия: оптимальные и допустимые условия труда пятидневная рабочая неделя с 9.00 до 18.00, с 13.00 до 14.00 обед, суб. вс. выходной бронирование должности от частичной и полной мобилизации оклад 39932,25 руб+премия 50%+надбавка за интенсивность 30%+100% профнадбавка
