The posting

Сопровождение медицинской информационной системы (МИС). Настройка справочников, шаблонов документов и отчётов, адаптация под локальные процессы отделений, доработка форм ввода данных для врачей и медсестёр. Интеграция с государственными и отраслевыми системами. Обеспечение обмена данными с ЕГИСЗ, РЭМД, ФРМО, ФРМР, сервисами ОМС и другими обязательными информационными контурами; контроль соответствия форматов и сроков передачи. Обеспечение информационной безопасности и требований 152‑ФЗ. Контроль доступа к персональным данным и врачебной тайне, участие в настройке средств защиты, журналов аудита, разграничения прав пользователей, подготовка данных для проверок. Автоматизация рутинных процессов подразделений. Разработка скриптов и утилит для выгрузки отчётов, формирования реестров, обработки списков пациентов, импорта/экспорта данных между системами. Взаимодействие с вендорами МИС и техподдержкой. Фиксация дефектов, формирование технических заданий на доработки, тестирование обновлений от поставщика, контроль сроков устранения инцидентов. Обучение и консультирование пользователей. Помощь врачам, медсёстрам и администраторам в работе с ПО, разбор типовых ошибок, подготовка коротких памяток и видеоинструкций.

Профильное высшее или среднее профессиональное образование (информатика, программная инженерия, прикладная математика и т. п.) Дополнительное обучение по информационной безопасности или 152‑ФЗ (желательно). Опыт работы От 1 2 лет желательно Опыт в медучреждениях или с госсектором (ЕГИСЗ, ОМС, интеграция с госсистемами) - желательно. Желательно: опыт доработки/настройки конкретной МИС. знание стандартов обмена медицинскими данными навыки работы с электронной подписью, криптографией, сертификатами, понимание требований к безопасной передаче данных. Знание нормативной базы и специфики здравоохранения ФЗ № 152 О персональных данных: требования к хранению, передаче, доступу, журналам аудита. ФЗ № 323 Об основах охраны здоровья граждан в РФ: понимание, какие данные считаются врачебной тайной и как с ними работать. Требования Минздрава к информатизации здравоохранения, форматы и сроки передачи данных в ЕГИСЗ, РЭМД, ФРМО, ФРМР. Порядки оказания медпомощи и учётные формы: корректно дорабатывать формы ввода и отчёты в МИС. Практические умения Доработка и настройка МИС: изменение форм, справочников, отчётов, прав доступа, шаблонов документов. Интеграции и выгрузки: настройка регулярных выгрузок реестров для ОМС, передача данных в фонды, обмен с лабораториями и внешними медорганизациями. Автоматизация рутинных процессов Работа с инцидентами и техподдержкой вендора Умение объяснять сложное простым языком. Стрессоустойчивость и готовность к срочным задачам. Аккуратность и внимание к деталям. Готовность к обучению. Дополнительные условия Прохождение медосмотра и соблюдение правил внутреннего распорядка медучреждения. Отсутствие судимости и соответствие требованиям к работе с персональными данными
