осуществляет руководство обслуживающим и техническим персоналом, закрепленным за административным зданием (далее здание); обеспечивает рациональную расстановку кадров и организует работу в соответствии с общими целями и задачами Учреждения; организует исполнение графика текущего ремонта здания; организует и руководит работами по техническому и санитарному содержанию здания, а также смежных строений и окружающей территории в чистоте и надлежащем порядке; организует уборку и следит за соблюдением чистоты во внутренних помещениях здания; принимает участие в подготовке помещений здания к осенне-зимней эксплуатации; контролирует прием заявок на работы по техническому и санитарному обслуживанию здания с соблюдением сроков их исполнения; обеспечивает сохранность и содержание в исправном состоянии имущества, находящегося в здании и принадлежащем Учреждению, его правильную техническую эксплуатацию, при необходимости сдачу в ремонт; ведет учёт наличия имущества с обязательным перечнем по кабинетам (с составлением описи для каждого кабинета), производит периодический осмотр и составляет акты на его списание, принимает участие в инвентаризации имущества здания; обеспечивает персонал, находящийся в подчинении и обслуживающий здание исправным инвентарем, спецодеждой и моющими средствами и осуществляет их оперативный учет; контролирует исполнение договорных условий с арендаторами, которым предоставлены в пользование служебные помещения в здании и следит за их перемещением с составлением внутреннего акта приема-передачи недвижимого имущества; обеспечивает ведение учета рабочего времени персонала отдела; своевременно составляет проекты графиков отпусков на работников здания и контролирует их исполнение; принимает участие в подборе и расстановке кадров для работы в административном здании; осуществляет контроль и координацию работы снегоуборочной техники на дворовой территории закрепленного административного здания в зимний период; проводит первичный инструктаж на рабочем месте, повторный, внеплановый и целевой инструктажи с работниками, закрепленными за зданием, контролирует выполнение и несет ответственность за соблюдение ими правил техники безопасности и охраны труда; участвует в подготовке, а также организации выполнения мероприятий, предусмотренных в планах, протоколах, программах (и других распорядительных документах) и отнесенных к его компетенции, составляет служебные записки, подписывает протоколы;

образование высшее (техническое, строительное) и стаж работы в должности инженера не менее трех лет опыт работы обязателен
