Участие в утверждении требований к закупаемым заказчиком отдельным видам товаров, работ, услуг и (или) нормативным затратам на обеспечение функций заказчика и организация их размещения в ЕИС. Организация в случае необходимости консультаций с поставщиками (подрядчиками, исполнителями) и участие в таких консультациях в целях определения состояния конкурентной среды на соответствующих рынках товаров, работ, услуг, определения наилучших технологий. Планирование и осуществление закупок товаров, работ, услуг для обеспечения нужд учреждения в соответствии с Федеральным законом от 05.04.2013 № 44-ФЗ. Формирование плана-графика закупок в соответствии с ПФХД учреждения - в системе ЕАСУЗ. Определение, расчет и обоснование начальной (максимальной) цены контракта. Подготовка и заключение контрактов

Высшее профессиональное (экономическое, юридическое) образование и наличие дополнительного образования в сфере закупок, либо высшее образование в сфере закупок; -Опыт работе на стороне Заказчика от 2 лет, опыт работы в учреждениях культуры приветствуется; -Уверенный пользователь систем ЕАСУЗ 2.0, ЕИС, ПИК ЕАСУЗ, ЭМ, ЕИС; -Уверенный пользователь MS Word, Excel, Консультант+; -Опыт осуществления закупок с учетом особенностей и специфики проведения закупок заказчиками сферы культуры; -Опыт подготовки требований к товарам, работам, услугам при проведении электронных аукционов, а также установления критериев оценки заявок на участие в конкурсах
