Организует деятельность молодёжного сообщества патриотической направленности МАУ ЦМИ, в том числе молодёжного сообщества Точка притяжения Z . Формирует состав молодёжного сообщества, обеспечивает привлечение новых участников и их адаптацию. Создаёт условия для развития молодёжного сообщества, вовлечения молодёжи в общественно полезную, добровольческую и патриотическую деятельность, реализации гражданских инициатив. Содействует развитию командного взаимодействия, взаимопомощи, наставничества и обмена опытом между участниками сообщества. Разрабатывает и реализует мероприятия, направленные на гражданско-патриотическое, духовно-нравственное и военно-патриотическое воспитание молодёжи. Организует проведение патриотических акций, памятных мероприятий, уроков мужества, встреч с ветеранами, участниками специальной военной операции, добровольцами, представителями общественных организаций и иных мероприятий по направлению деятельности. Организует деятельность молодёжного сообщества Точка притяжения Z, включая проведение мастер-классов и коллективной работы по изготовлению окопных свечей, маскировочных сетей и иной гуманитарной продукции для участников специальной военной операции. Организует участие молодёжного сообщества в муниципальных, региональных и федеральных проектах, конкурсах, форумах, акциях и мероприятиях патриотической направленности. Обеспечивает развитие системы наставничества и преемственности внутри молодёжного сообщества. Осуществляет регистрацию и информационное сопровождение мероприятий на платформе Добро.рф и иных государственных информационных ресурсах, используемых при реализации государственной молодёжной политики.

Должен обладать навыками работы на компьютере и знаниями работы в программных обеспечениях. Наличие справки об отсутствии судимости.
