осуществляет текущее руководство Управлением, планировать, организовывать, контролировать работу сотрудников отделов Управления; готовит предложения по плану работы администрации округа; разрабатывает проекты муниципальных правовых актов по вопросам, относящихся к компетенции и ведению Управления; обеспечивает своевременное рассмотрение обращений граждан, и принятие по ним необходимых мер; готовит заключение по вопросам, входящим в компетенцию Управления, либо поручает подготовку заключений сотрудникам отделов, в пределах их полномочий; осуществляет подготовку и оформление исковых заявлений в суды общей юрисдикции, арбитражные суды при рассмотрении споров, касающихся органов местного самоуправления округа; проводит личный прием граждан по вопросам, относящимся к должностным обязанностям; обеспечивает рассмотрение актов прокурорского реагирования (протестов, представлений, требований) в соответствии с компетенцией Управления, готовит ответы на них; проводит антикоррупционную экспертизу нормативных правовых актов администрации округа, их проектов, осуществляет мониторинг правоприменения муниципальных правовых актов; курирует и координирует осуществление, отнесенных к компетенции Управления функций, связанных с организацией и функционированием антимонопольного комплаенса в администрации округа; курирует и координирует кадровую работу в администрации округа; осуществляет контроль организации и осуществления выявления и учета детей, нуждающихся в защите; обеспечивает соблюдение сотрудниками администрации и руководителями муниципальных подведомственных учреждений требований, направленных на предотвращение или урегулирование конфликта интересов, в том числе выявление конфликта интересов в деятельности указанных лиц, разработку предложений по их исключению; подготавливает в соответствии со своей компетенцией локальные правовые акты о противодействии коррупции; организация и проведение мероприятий по увековечению погибших при защите Отечества, учет мемориальных сооружений; выдача разрешений на захоронение, ведение книг регистрации захоронений, организационная работа по инвентаризации кладбищ; контроль рассмотрения обращений граждан о назначении и предоставлении дополнительных мер социальной поддержки семьям участников СВО; и т.д.
