Проведение научных исследований и разработок в качестве исполнителя наиболее сложных и ответственных работ в электротехнической и электроэнергетической областях. Осуществление научного руководства группой работников при исследовании самостоятельных тем, а также разработок, являющихся частью (разделом, этапом) темы. Разработка планов и методических программ проведения исследований и разработок. Организация сбора и изучения научно-технической информации по теме, проведение анализа и теоретическое обобщение научных данных, результатов экспериментов и наблюдений. Проверка правильности результатов, полученных сотрудниками, работающими под его руководством. Внедрение результатов проведенных исследований и разработок. Участие в повышении квалификации персонала предприятия. Организация проведения различных испытаний электротехнического оборудования и анализ их результатов.

Высшее профессиональное (техническое) образование Наличие ученой степени в области технических наук Наличие опыта работы по соответствующей специальности не менее 10 лет, научных трудов или авторских свидетельств на изобретения.

Продолжительность рабочего дня в соответствии с индивидуальной картой реабилитации. 4 работника в направление систем релейной защиты и автоматики; 2 работника в направление автоматизации энергосистем; 2 работника в направление высоковольтной преобразовательной техники; 2 работника в направление низковольтных комплектных устройств.
