Правовое сопровождение ВЭД: Разработка, правовая экспертиза и согласование внешнеторговых контрактов (поставка оборудования, комплектующих, сырья) Контроль соблюдения валютного, таможенного законодательства и правил Инкотермс (2010/2020). Взаимодействие с банками по вопросам валютного контроля, участие в урегулировании споров с таможенными органами. Договорная работа внутри РФ: Полный цикл работы с договорами: поставка станков, сложный подряд (шеф-монтаж, пусконаладка), сервисное обслуживание, аренда, лизинг, проектирование (НИОКР). Составление протоколов разногласий, жесткая защита коммерческих интересов компании на переговорах с контрагентами. Арбитраж и претензионная работа: Самостоятельное ведение претензионного порядка и судебных споров в Арбитражных судах (взыскание дебиторской задолженности, споры по качеству, рекламации, недопоставки). Формирование правовой позиции, подготовка исков, отзывов, жалоб Контроль исполнительного производства (ФССП, банки). Корпоративное право (внесение изменений в ЕГРЮЛ, подготовка решений участников, уставов). Консультирование руководства по правовым рискам, проверка контрагентов .

Высшее юридическое образование (профильное). Опыт работы от 3 лет на производственных или торговых предприятиях (B2B). Опыт работы с ВЭД (обязателен): знание специфики международных контрактов, таможенного права РФ и ЕАЭС, правил Инкотермс. Успешный опыт самостоятельного ведения дел в Арбитражных судах РФ (просим предоставить примеры / номера дел). Опыт работы в качестве единственного юриста или ведущего юрисконсульта с высоким уровнем автономности будет огромным преимуществом. Спокойное отношение к многозадачности, умение расставлять приоритеты, бизнес-ориентированный подход (искать решения, а не просто констатировать запреты).
