Заместитель директора по техническим вопросам: Возглавляет производственно-техническую работу учреждения, обеспечивая выполнение возложенных на МКУ УЖКХ функций и задач. Курирует работу:- отдела архитектуры и градостроительства;- отдела благоустройства;- отдела ремонтных и строительных работ. Организует контроль за своевременным исполнением графика производства ремонтных и строительных работ и за вводом объектов в эксплуатацию. Участвует в формировании и организации выполнения в установленном порядке муниципального заказа на поставку товаров, выполнение работ и оказание услуг в целях обеспечения муниципальных нужд, в том числе организует подготовку конкурсной документации, контролирует выполнение муниципальных контрактов. Участвует в планировании бюджетных ассигнований на капитальный ремонт, содержание объектов жилищно-коммунального хозяйства, объектов внешнего благоустройства и объектов муниципальной собственности. Организует контроль за соблюдением технологического процесса, за ведением технического надзора на объектах внешнего благоустройства, иных объектов муниципальной собственности. Осуществляет контроль выполнения муниципальных правовых актов, а также нормативных правовых актов органов государственной власти по вопросам, относящимся к его компетенции. Участвует в разработке муниципальных программ развития жилищно-коммунального хозяйства. Создает оптимальные условия для своевременного и качественного выполнения курируемыми отделами возлагаемых на них функций и задач в соответствии с Уставом МКУ УЖКХ и положениями об отделах.

Заместитель директора должен знать: - законы и иные нормативные правовые акты Российской Федерации в области градостроительной деятельности и жилищно-коммунального хозяйства, бюджетного процесса; - распорядительные, методические и нормативные документы по вопросам строительства и ремонта, оформлению проектной документации; - порядок заключения договоров с подрядными организациями; - технологию проведения строительных и ремонтных работ, технические характеристики основных строительных материалов; - состав проектной документации, ориентироваться в сметной документации; - нормы и правила, технические регламенты в области строительства, ремонта и содержания объектов коммунальной инфраструктуры; - порядок ведения учетной и отчетной документации при выполнении строительных и ремонтных работ, а также при содержании объектов коммунальной инфраструктуры;- основы экономики и организации строительства, ремонта и содержания объектов коммунальной инфраструктуры.Заместитель директора должен уметь работать на персональном компьютере с редактором "WORD", электронными таблицами "ЕХСЕL", пользоваться Интернетом и электронной почтой.
