Подготовка к проведению иммунизации: проверять наличие заключения врача о допуске к прививке; сверять наименование препарата на ампуле с назначением врача, контролировать маркировку, срок годности иммунобиологического лекарственного препарата (ИЛП), целостность ампулы; визуально оценивать качество препарата (для сорбированных вакцин при встряхивании, для лиофилизированных после растворения). Проведение иммунизации: выполнять прививку с соблюдением правил асептики и антисептики, используя только одноразовые шприцы и иглы; применять дозу, метод и место введения, предусмотренные инструкцией к ИЛП. После проведения прививки: убирать в холодильник ампулу или флакон при многодозовой расфасовке препарата; осуществлять сбор и обеззараживание медицинских отходов, образующихся при иммунизации; делать запись о проведённой прививке с указанием даты иммунизации, способа и места введения, названия ИЛП, дозы, серии, контрольного номера (при наличии), срока годности; при наличии электронного учёта вводить сведения о проведённых прививках в компьютер; информировать пациентов или родителей (опекунов) о сделанной прививке, возможных реакциях на неё, необходимости обращения за медицинской помощью при сильных и необычных реакциях; предупреждать о необходимости пребывания около прививочного кабинета в течение 30 минут и наблюдать за вакцинированным в этот период. Работа с материалами и оборудованием: получать вакцину, шприцы и все необходимые материалы на один день работы бригады; обеспечивать правильное хранение вакцины в течение рабочего дня; следить за своевременным пополнением противошоковых средств и сроками их годности; обеспечивать обеззараживание и уничтожение остатков вакцины, использованных ампул, шприцев; возвращать остатки вакцины и другие материалы в медицинскую организацию в тот же день. Участие в оказании медицинской помощи: участвовать в оказании помощи при возникновении поствакцинальных осложнений.
