1.Проводить своевременное обследование и лечение плановых гинекологических больных в соответствии с общероссийским и отраслевыми стандартами, на уровне современных достижений науки и практики. 2.Проводить ежедневные обходы курируемых палат, осмотр больных и с учетом выявленных изменений в состоянии здоровья больных корригировать обследование и лечение больного. 3.Непосредственно участвовать в проведении плановых оперативных вмешательств, курируемым больным. 4.Непосредственно участвовать в перевязках больных. 5.Совместно с заведующим отделением осматривать больных, готовящихся к проведению планового оперативного вмешательства, определять показания к проведению операции, ее объем, вид и технику. 6.Контролировать выполнение средним медицинским персоналом отделения сделанных врачебных назначений лечебного и медицинского характера. 7.Своевременно оформлять требуемую медицинскую документацию. 8.Определять лечебно-охранительный режим, лечебную диету, медикаментозное лечение и контролировать их выполнение. 9.Привлекать в необходимых случаях врачей других специальностей для проведения консультаций и лечения больных. По согласованию с заведующим отделением и заместителем главного врача по медицинской части направлять в другие ЛПУ на консультации и лечение. 10.Вести истории болезни курируемых больных в соответствии с общепринятыми требованиями, внося в них полагающиеся данные: на поступившего больного в течение рабочего дня до 15-00ч. в тот же день, поступившего в ургентное время описывать в течение следующего рабочего дня, но не позднее 24 часов с момента поступления, с обязательным обоснованием клинического диагноза. Дневниковые записи делать ежедневно. Один раз в 10 дней составлять этапный эпикриз . При выписке больного из отделения оформлять выписной эпикриз и выписку из истории болезни. 11.Ежедневно докладывать заведующему отделением о состоянии тяжелобольных, пациентов прооперированных и готовящихся к операции. 12.Проводить экспертизу нетрудоспособности больных, оформлять необходимую документацию. Следить за сроками трудоспособности и в необходимых случаях своевременно оформлять документы на КЭК и МСЭК. 13.В определенные распорядком работы часы принимать посетителей. 14.Систематически повышать свою квалификацию, участвовать в общебольничных конференциях, клинических разборах больных.
