Осуществление осмотров оборудования ПС и распределительных сетей согласно утвержденного графика; производство оперативных переключений по выводу в ремонт, резерв электроустановок и вводу его в работу; контроль выполнения переключений и работ электромонтёром ОВБ 4 или 3 разряда; регулирование напряжения на ПС 110-35кВ и РП, ТП-6, 10/0,4кВ согласно требованиям ГОСТ; оформление оперативной документации: оперативный журнал, бланки переключений, акты, листы осмотра и т. д.; контроль работы уличного освещения в районе обслуживания (контроль количества горящих, не горящих светильников уличного освещения, управление временем их горения в соответствии с утверждёнными графиками); расчистка проходов к коммутационным аппаратам, зданиям и сооружениям от снега на территории ПС 35-110 кВ; подготовка бланков переключений на вывод в ремонт, резерв электроустановок и ввод его в работу; немедленный доклад диспетчеру соответствующего уровня управления о прибытии на объект с помощью средств связи, в течение дня при выполнении заданий, связанных с выездом с базы периодически (не реже 1 раза в 1 час 30 минут), в обусловленное время докладывать о местонахождении и ходе выполнения задания. Выполнение команд диспетчера ЦУС по введению ограничения (снятию режима ограничения) потребителей неплательщиков; актуализация схем ВЛ-0,4-10кВ, ТП, РП 6-10кВ. Внесение эскизных изменений. Передача изменений диспетчеру; выполнение рейдов для выявления фактов бездоговорного потребления электроэнергии с использованием измерительных штанг и устройств поиска скрытой проводки в соответствии с доведенным планом. Отключение бездоговорного потребления; контроль недопущения повторного самовольного подключения лиц, в отношении которых был составлен акт бездоговорного потребления согласно утвержденному графику; выполнение мероприятий по снижению потерь, согласно утвержденной программе.
