- Организация и выполнение работ по вызовам эксплуатирующих предприятий, гарантийному обслуживанию изделий в процессе эксплуатации; - ведение претензионной работы с эксплуатирующими предприятиями; - контроль и оказание технической помощи в соблюдении правил эксплуатации и выполнении доработок выпущенных изделий по бюллетеням, ТЗ и другой технической документации в эксплуатирующих предприятиях; - оказание технической помощи эксплуатирующим предприятиям при внедрении новой техники; - участие в работах по увеличению ресурсов и сроков службы серийных изделий; - проведение анализа возникающих дефектов, разработка совместно с подразделениями предприятия мероприятий по их предотвращению и устранению; - подготовка, оформление проектов договоров, выполнение работ по Договорам по увеличению (продлению) ресурсов и сроков службы изделий типа АВ, СВ или ТА; - участие в разработке и оформлении решений, бюллетеней, программ, планов-графиков и выполнении работ по ним на изделиях, разработанных предприятием; - методическое руководство группами отдела в части эксплуатации изделий, участие в координации работ специалистов отдела; - участие в эксплуатационных испытаниях изделий; - контроль проведения работ специалистами на предприятии и в эксплуатирующих организациях; - обработка результатов проведения работ, проведенных в эксплуатирующих предприятиях, составление необходимой отчетной документации; - участие в разработке и модернизации оборудования, приспособлений, необходимых для проведения доработок изделий в условиях эксплуатации.

Высшее профессиональное (техническое) образование, страж работы с эксплуатирующими организациями не менее 5 лет. Должен знать: - руководства по эксплуатации изделий, регламенты технического обслуживания; - стандарты, технические условия, инструкции и другую нормативную техническую документацию; - достижения современной науки и техники, опыт передовых отечественных и зарубежных предприятий в области винтостроения и двигателестроения; - методы оценки качества воздушных винтов (винторегуляторов), регуляторов вращения, винтовых преобразователей, ВСУ; - возможности использования персонального компьютера; - правила ведения делопроизводства и служебной переписки.
